The total renovation of a large private house including re-roofing with both slate and liquid applied membrane roofs, replacement windows, new kitchen and utility, structural repairs, internal and external decoration and a large extension.

The clients remained in-situ throughout the build, requiring accurate programming and phasing of the works and co-ordination with the client.
